About Hanasaki Jiutamai School
Hanasaki Tokijyo founded this school in 2003. This school inherits the techniques of Showa era masters Hide Kanzaki and Hidejyo Kanazaki, and prides itself on being "Tokyo's Jiutamai''
Hanasaki Tokijyo
Hanasaki Tokijyo is the head of Hanasaki school. While she has held performance events, she is also focusing on the promotion of Jiutamai.
Performers
Since the Edo period, Jiutamai has been popular not only as an art form for appreciation, but also as mannerisms and skills for women (elegance of etiquette, beauty of movement, alignment of the body, etc.).
Performances Overseas
Hanasaki Tokijyo is also focusing on overseas activities in order to popularize Jiutamai internationally.
